1. Who processes your data
The controller is Oleksandr Ivanovych Radko (ФОП Радько Олександр Іванович), a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur, FOP) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU code 2632211150. We process data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for users in the EU, also under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Requests about personal data: support@linkboard.pro. Data protection officer: not appointed.
2. What we process
- Account: email, name (optional), password as a hash, language and time zone, roles, notification settings, two-factor authentication data.
- Consents: accepted versions of the Terms and this Policy with the date, your cookie choice.
- Finance: the history of balance operations, deposit invoices, wallet addresses and blockchain transaction IDs.
- Sites and orders: domains, site parameters, articles, publication URLs, check results, messages in orders (contacts in the text are hidden automatically).
- Technical data: IP address, sign-in date and time, browser type, the staff activity log; for the contact form — name, email and the message.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR, Art. 6)
- Performance of the contract — sign-up, orders, payments, placement checks, support (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Legal obligation — accounting of financial operations, requests from authorities (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, the activity log, emails about orders (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Consent — optional analytics cookies and the newsletter; you can withdraw it at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. How long we keep it
- The account — while it exists. A deleted account is marked as deleted, cannot sign in and is not shown anywhere.
- Financial history (operations, invoices, transactions) and orders — 1,095 days after the last operation (the retention period of primary documents under the Tax Code of Ukraine) or longer where the law requires it, including after the account is deleted: the immutable ledger is needed for accounting and disputes.
- Staff activity log — 12 months; mail log — 90 days; closed contact requests — 24 months; cookie consent records — 24 months; read notifications — 6 months.
- We do not keep the HTML of checked pages — only a hash and short fragments around the links.
5. Who receives data
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), the server is located in Finland.
- Site protection and delivery: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
- Email delivery: the service’s own mail server.
- Analytics (with consent only): Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd.
- Blockchain transactions are public by nature: wallet addresses and amounts are visible on the network.
Transfers outside the EEA happen only with appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses): Hetzner Online GmbH processes data in the EU; transfers to Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) rely on standard contractual clauses (SCC).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data (subject to the retention of financial records), to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent. Write to support@linkboard.pro; we reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua); users in the EU — the data protection authority of their country.
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in, secure and remember your choice; analytics cookies are used only with your consent. The full list with lifetimes is in the Cookie Policy; change your choice any time under “Cookie settings”.
8. Security
Passwords are stored only as hashes, secrets are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and two-factor authentication is mandatory for staff.
