1. Parties and subject
These Terms govern the use of Linkboard (linkboard.pro). The service is provided by Oleksandr Ivanovych Radko (ФОП Радько Олександр Іванович), a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur, FOP) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU code 2632211150 (“we”, “us”).
Linkboard is a marketplace where advertisers order placements of articles with links on publishers’ sites, and publishers accept those orders. We are not a party to the agreement on the content of an article, but we run the payments and the check of the placement under the rules below.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
- An account can be an advertiser, a publisher or both. You are responsible for accurate details and for keeping your password safe; we recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- We may block an account for a breach of these Terms, fraud, or when the law requires it. Section 9 explains what happens then.
3. Advertisers
- Advertisers top up their balance, choose a site and provide a finished article in HTML. They confirm that they hold the rights to the text and images and that the article breaks no law and no third-party rights.
- The list of links is taken from the article automatically and confirmed before ordering. Ordering placements on your own sites is not allowed.
4. Publishers
- Publishers add only sites they own or are entitled to manage, and confirm ownership.
- Site parameters (price, topics, link type, traffic, DR) must be accurate. Publishers publish the article without changing its links or anchors and keep it online at least until the hold ends.
5. Money and fees
- Balances are kept in USD; deposits and payouts are made in USDT on the networks listed on the deposit page.
- There is no placement fee. The deposit fee is 15% and the withdrawal fee is 10%; the amount after the fee is shown before you confirm. We may change fees for future operations with prior notice.
- A balance is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.
6. Orders, checks and the hold
- The order amount is frozen on the advertiser’s balance. The publisher accepts or rejects the request within 7 days and publishes within 7 days of accepting.
- Once a URL is submitted, the page is checked automatically: the response code, every link with the same anchor, the rel attributes and the absence of noindex.
- After a successful check the funds stay on hold for 14 days. At the end of the hold the page is checked again: if the link is in place, the money becomes available to the publisher; if it is gone or changed, it returns to the advertiser.
- If a page cannot be checked automatically, our support team decides.
7. Refunds
Amounts within orders are unfrozen and returned automatically. Refunds of an advertiser’s unspent balance to a wallet are covered by the Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited content and conduct
- Not allowed: illegal content, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, gaming the checks (cloaking, serving a different page to the crawler), and exchanging direct contacts to settle outside the service.
- Sensitive topics are allowed only on sites that accept them and only within the law.
9. Blocking and deleting an account
- A blocked account cannot sign in or make operations. Requests not yet accepted are cancelled and the money returned to the advertiser; accepted orders run to their end as usual.
- You can delete your account once there are no unfinished orders or withdrawals and no balance. We keep records of operations for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
- We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or any other marketing result.
- We are not liable for the content of users’ articles and sites, for outages of blockchain networks or third-party services, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to the service in the last 12 months.
- You compensate losses caused by your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. We announce a new version by email and in your cabinet; to keep using the service you accept the new version.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes go to the courts of Ukraine. Before going to court, please write to us — most questions are solved through support.
